The Housing Rehab Program offers
low-interest loans to low-income families to make needed home repairs
that enable you to remain in your home. Repairs may include roof work,
weatherization upgrades, adding gutters, foundation work, a new paint
job, and so on. Currently we have funds available for Coos and Curry
County low-income homeowners.
Funding for these programs is provided
by
Oregon Housing and Community Services
with the
US Department of Housing and Urban Development
grant funds and the United States Department of Agriculture - Rural
Development. |
