Buying Your First Home in Oregon?

The more prepared prospective homebuyers are, the more likely the buying experience will be a satisfying one. The ABC’s of Homebuying course covers:

• Housing Decisions

• Financial Preparation

• Mortgages

• Shopping for a Home

• Closing Your Loan

• Protecting Your Investment

Upon completion of this course, you will be ready to:

• Research 1st time homebuyer and down payment assistance programs.

• Shop for a loan and receive pre-approval.

• Select and purchase your new home.

Pre-registration is required.

Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The cost is $15.00 per household and includes all class materials.
